What we do

Investment, development and operation - under one roof.

Alegria is a partnership focused on a single category of asset: high-end residential property in Brazil, operated for both long-term ownership and short-let income.

We work where the supply is thin and the demand is structural - premium addresses in Rio de Janeiro, and the quiet beach towns of Ceará and Piauí that international nomads are making permanent. We co-invest on every deal and operate every building we deliver.

Alegria runs the assets it develops. The same team that signs the deed hires the housekeeper. It is the only way we know to keep underwriting honest.

Most of our deals are off-market. Three markets is small enough to know every broker by name.

We model the building on long-let yields first. The STR upside is the bonus, not the thesis.
