Our brief

The thesis, in plain English.

Two things are converging in Brazil. First, premium residential stock in Rio and the Northeast is undersupplied - particularly in the addresses foreign capital cares about. Second, the short-let market has matured: digital nomads, mid-term executives and family travel now reliably fill the months that used to be empty.

Alegria sits between those two facts. We acquire well-located residential property, underwrite it on a long-let basis, then operate it under our own short-let brand for the bonus yield. It is not a complicated model. It needs to be operated by people who know the buildings.

We are small on purpose. Two partners. Three markets. Four projects in the ground. Investors who have come back for a second deal.

How we work

Three principles we will not negotiate on.

We invest first.

Alegria principals always hold equity in every project. If we are not in, we are not selling it.

We operate every building.

No third-party property managers. The team that signs the deed hires the housekeeper.

We report quarterly.

Every investor receives the same operating data we use ourselves - within thirty days of quarter end.
